Happy Wednesday! I hope you’ve had an excellent (long) weekend. Personally, this weekend was extended because of the snowstorm on the East Coast, so my Tuesday classes were canceled. However, before things start up again this afternoon, I wanted to show you all a little bit of my weekend.
Every year, my church’s young adult’s group goes on a retreat in the Shenandoah Mountains, and this year, I was able to come along. Small group discussions, hiking, adventures in the outdoor hot tubs, and late nights that led into sleepy mornings – it was blissful, and a beautiful escape from the rat-race of Northern Virginia.
