Tigers

Looking back on our day at Animal Kingdom, the tigers were arguably by far my favorite creature. It’s one thing to see them in pictures, but to see them in person is quite amazing. I can only imagine what seeing one in the wild might be like.

They’re literally big cats. It was startling to see the similarities between tigers and my cat at home.

There were so many other animals to see, but to be honest, the tigers made the biggest impression upon me. It’s insanely amazing how beautiful God’s creatures are – even the most deadly.

And yes, deadly. I don’t know about you, but I’m not sure I’d want to meet up with one of these guys in the wild or in the dark.

Savvy, mate?

Epcot |edition 2 – Disneyworld pt 4|

You must pardon me with the amount of photos that I am vomiting upon you all from my trip. Honestly, I’m so excited to share them, not only because I enjoyed myself, but because I feel I grew as a photographer. You know when you can look at something you’ve done and realize that you’ve grown? This is what I’ve gotten out of the trip to Disneyworld.

This is the final set of pictures from Epcot. As I’ve said before, Epcot was my absolute favorite park. The photos from those days are some of the best from the trip, which is why I’ve taken up two posts to show you them.

Epcot (Disneyworld pt 3)

Out of all the parks we’ve visited so far, Epcot has been my absolute favorite. If you ever go to Disneyworld, make sure to stop by this park. Again, I’ve taken way too many photos, some of which I am thrilled to share with you.

It’s full of lovely china, teas, and loads more. I’m definitely a tea addict, so much so that I ended up revisiting this shop later in the day. farmgirl-0087.jpgfarmgirl-0100.jpgfarmgirl-0102.jpgfarmgirl-0111.jpgfarmgirl-0118.jpgfarmgirl-0124.jpg

(France Pavilion) This was definitely another favorite. farmgirl-0127.jpgfarmgirl-0152.jpgfarmgirl-0167.jpgfarmgirl-0173.jpgfarmgirl-0175.jpgfarmgirl-0177.jpg

That’s all for now, friends!

Disneyworld (pt 2 Seaworld)

I have a huge confession to make. I honestly didn’t think that going to Disneyworld would be that much fun. Okay, well… presumption busted. This place is awesome.
Yesterday, I took over 700 pictures. Since photography is unpredictable, you never know how many will be good/publishable. Some of these will be making their way onto this blog. At the moment, I have no idea how many I’ve taken today. I just know that there are a lot.

Seaworld was lovely. Everything here is very beautiful, and quite different from up north. My body protests the unnatural feeling of the climate (80 degrees today), but my brain says otherwise.
