Contributor Position
This writing position will require one blog post a week on a lifestyle topic such as crafting, cooking or fashion. This position does allow flexibility in terms of scheduling posts ahead of time.
Applicants must:
– have some experience with writing and photography
– an interest in either craftingcooking, or fashion
–
tech-savvy, or at least be willing to learn how to schedule and post with WordPress
Preferred:
– be either a farmgirl, or someone with a rural background (if you don’t fit this qualification, please apply anyways.)

Details:
This is an unpaid position, but as a writer you will benefit from exposure (as of December 2013, Farmgirl Writes has over 5k pageviews a month and has had over 100k pageviews since January 2012). Your short bio and photograph will be included at the bottom of every post, and your writing will be promoted via social media. This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to gain experience writing for a lifestyle blog or would like to learn more about blogging, photography or WordPress.
