Friday was full of laughter and sunshine. J and I went down to the beach and walked the boardwalk. Then, we dodged small children, dog-walkers and horseshoe crabs as we walked in the sand, letting the water curl around our bare feet. We then abandoned shoes altogether, and walked around the small beach town, barefoot. Two laughing teenagers with bare feet and Nikons. We may or may not have gotten some weird looks. But you know what? It’s all good, because we’re now finished with her senior pictures.
And that, my friends, is a very good thing. Because there are only 8 more weeks of school left, and then I’m done with high school forever.

Done with high school, but never done with learning!
I want to be at the beach! 🙂 Gorgeous pictures!
you live in such a beautiful town! I love the tranquil summer feel of these pictures. So happy you'll be finishing school. You must feel overwhelmed with relief! Promise me we'll skype a lot before spring fades away… 🙂
